Many pilgrims book an airport pickup for the first time and are not sure exactly how it works. Here is what actually happens from the moment your plane lands.
Before you travel You send us your flight number, arrival time, number of passengers and bags, and we confirm the booking and the final fare. No deposit is required.
On landing We track your flight number, so if the plane is delayed the driver's timing adjusts automatically. You do not need to call us about a delay.
Where to find the driver The driver waits in the arrivals hall after customs, holding a board with your name, and helps carry your luggage to the car.
Free waiting time 90 minutes from the moment your flight lands, for airport pickups. That is enough to clear passport control and collect luggage even at busy times.
If you are held up longer Message us on WhatsApp. In most cases we arrange for the driver to wait — what matters is that we know, rather than being left guessing.
If your luggage goes missing Tell the driver. Filing a baggage report can take a while, and we will work it out with you rather than having the driver leave.
On the way The trip to Makkah takes about an hour and a quarter. The car is air-conditioned, water is provided, and the driver takes you straight to your hotel door.
Payment With the driver in cash or by transfer, as agreed at booking. Nothing is added at the last moment.
